As indicated by United Ag & Turf, the tractor was delivered from the factory with water and rust contamination. I contacted United Ag & Turf concerning the issues. The local *************** researched the history of the tractor and related what he found to me (attached documentation).3. The dealer submitted a warranty claim that was denied by **************. The local **** Deere dealership performed a diagnostic evaluation on the tractor, and found contamination in the hydraulic system. The tractor was taken to the local **** Deere dealership. The rear hydraulic remotes, steering, loader, and transmission started acting sluggishly or stopped functioning at times.2. The tractor started to have major hydraulic issues within 8 hours of use. The tractor was also to me as having a warranty, but ************** will not approve the warranty claim.United Ag & Turf apologized but has not tried to correct the issue.Post Purchase Timeline:1. The tractor had already been purchased back from the previous owner. They knowingly sold me a defective tractor that had a long history of issues.
